Weekend #2: May 19 and 20, 2007 Saturday 5/19 Fire Dragon Qigong is derived from the ancient practice taught to Lu Dong Bin, the leader of the Eight Immortals, by the mysterious Fire Dragon Master. Practicing Fire Dragon Qigong enables you to break up blockages to the flow of qi in the meridians and supplement the body's qi. Fire Dragon Qigong can heal illness, improve health and immunity, give you strength to protect yourself, and can also help you develop your hidden potential ability inside of you and make your life happier. Sunday 5/20 Imagine a tiger on the prowl with its tremendous strength, agility and bold self-assurance. That's how Tiger Qigong will make you feel! Learn how you can harness the power and intelligence of this highly revered animal to focus and achieve your goals in life. Grandmaster Zhang will guide you through playful possibilities and strength building postures to generate great internal energy. Have fun creating and using this energy to transform your health and enjoy your life at a whole new level! In the past, one of Master Zhang's ancestors taught Tiger Qigong to the royal family. Master Zhang was the first to teach it to the public. Tiger Qigong is the essence of Daoist Medical Qigong and Internal Gongfu.
